Bound Brook High School’s partnership with Raritan Valley Community College (RVCC) and Stockton University provides students with opportunities to academically challenge themselves on an even higher level while earning college credits during the school day. Credits earned through these programs can be transferred to many other colleges and universities.

 

 

 

Bound Brook High School and Raritan Valley Community College are expanding opportunities for students to earn college credit and gain career-focused experience while still in high school. Through the Concurrent/Dual Enrollment partnership, students can explore fields ranging from advanced manufacturing and healthcare to biotechnology, engineering, beauty, and the arts.

Eligibility

  • Available to all high school students
  • Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 (exceptions may be made with a letter of support from a teacher in the appropriate discipline)
  • Signature from the high school guidance counselor and a parent/guardian are required
  • Students must meet prerequisites for desired courses
  • Students enrolling in an english, math, or foreign language course require:
    • A minimum average grade of B
    • Parent/guardian consent
    • Guidance counselor permission
    • Appropriate RVCC Placement Test scores (or a high enough SAT, ACT, or NJSLA score)
