Bound Brook High School's library is an integral part of the instructional program. The library offers an extensive collection of print and electronic resources including books (fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, reference), electronic databases, ebooks, magazines, and DVDs that all support the curriculum.  In addition, the library has multiple tables, and couches, where teachers and students can meet, collaborate, research, read, and study.

HOURS
 7:30 a.m. - 2:27 p.m.
 
CHECKING OUT ITEMS
To check out items students must have their student ID card.  Students may check out up to three items. 
 
Books and eBooks - 3 weeks
Magazines  -  2 days
DVDs -  2 days
Reference Books - 1 day / overnight
 
 
OVERDUE ITEMS 
Students are responsible for all items borrowed from the library, there are late fees for overdue items, lost items have a replacement fee.  Students receive notices about overdue items and excessive lateness will cause students to have limited Genesis access. Please contact Ms. Lishman if you have any questions.
 
FINES
Books-.05 a day
DVDs-.05 a day
 
HOLDS
Students will be sent an email when items that have placed on hold are available.  
 
 
BEHAVIOR
Students conduct is expected to maintain a quiet and clean atmosphere where all can read and study being disturbed. Students who disrupt this atmosphere with be asked to leave; continued disruptions will result in suspension from the library for a period of time.
